1General Terms

All gaming activities conducted through 748pub are regulated under Philippine law, specifically Republic Act No. 9487 (the PAGCOR Charter) and related regulations. By using 748pub, you acknowledge that you are subject to these laws and to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.

These Terms are written in English as used in the Philippines (Philippine English). Where any ambiguity exists, terms will be interpreted in a manner consistent with their ordinary meaning in the Philippine context. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

2Account Registration

To place wagers or access real-money games at 748pub, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 748pub at any given time. • You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 748pub or any of its affiliated game providers or technology suppliers.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 748pub are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 748pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available payment methods may vary based on your account verification status and current platform availability.

Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 748pub balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers processed through InstaPay are typically credited within one to two hours depending on your sending bank's processing times. 748pub does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically settled within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Before processing any withdrawal, 748pub may require account verification (KYC) including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method. This is a PAGCOR compliance requirement and applies to all accounts. Verified accounts experience significantly faster withdrawal processing.

5Bonuses and Promotions

748pub offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming any bonus at 748pub, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses and free bet promotions at 748pub are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on ₱1,000 means you must place bets totalling ₱20,000 before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots and arcade games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. 6Gaming Rules

• Engaging in any activity that 748pub reasonably determines constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities under Philippine law.

748pub uses industry-standard fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) systems. Unusual account activity may trigger a review during which account access and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. 748pub is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine government bodies including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

8Security and Identity Verification

748pub may require identity verification at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents typically required include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, voter's ID) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested will result in account access being restricted and withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed. 9Limitation of Liability

This limitation does not apply to personal injury caused by 748pub's negligence or to any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

748pub is not responsible for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or actions taken by third-party game providers. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection when participating in live dealer games or time-sensitive activities at 748pub.

10Privacy and Data Protection

748pub processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. By registering at 748pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your contact information for account management, regulatory compliance, and where you have given separate consent, promotional communications. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time through your account settings without affecting your ability to use 748pub's core services.

11Account Suspension and Termination

748pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if 748pub reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. In the event of account closure due to a breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 748pub support at support@748pub.best. Any outstanding balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.

Self-exclusion requests, whether voluntary or PAGCOR-mandated, result in immediate account closure and prevent the player from re-registering on 748pub for the duration of the exclusion period. 748pub takes self-exclusion obligations seriously and has technical controls in place to prevent circumvention.

12Responsible Gaming

748pub aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with 748pub's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. PAGCOR's player complaint process is available through the official PAGCOR channels as a formal independent escalation path.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from your use of 748pub that cannot be resolved through the above dispute resolution processes.

14Changes to These Terms

748pub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 748pub will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required urgently by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 748pub.best/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of 748pub following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using 748pub and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
